Although his team was only 2-4 with him at backend, they also struggled without him, and he faced one of the tougher schedules at the position. In the playoffs, his team exited in the first round, but the defense remained competitive, holding an opponent to 63 points in Game 1 before the offense let them down. Individually, he continued making an impact on both ends with 2.0 steals and 1.0 block per game, showing his value extended beyond scoring.

GEN3 combined elite offensive efficiency with solid two-way production against quality competition. Even though his team didn't make a deep playoff run, he played well individually and continued creating defensive plays while maintaining efficient offense. His overall body of work was strong enough to separate him from the players ranked below him.

Why Not Higher

The four players ahead of him either anchored elite defenses, made deeper playoff runs, or had significantly stronger overall résumés. While GEN3 was an excellent offensive backend, he didn't have the same team success or postseason impact as the players in front of him.

Why Not Lower

xoSmooth's playoff run was outstanding, but GEN3 had the stronger regular-season résumé and remained productive in the postseason despite the early exit. His efficiency, two-way production, and strength of schedule give him the edge for the No. 5 spot.
