He was an important two-way piece on the champion and produced big postseason offensive games, including 17 on 6-for-7 and 16 on 6-for-6 against Prolific. In the Finals, he helped keep TBuc to 17 and 18 in the two documented Order wins, forcing five and six turnovers.
The matchup defense was highly uneven. ItsBleus scored 31 in the completed Round 2 game; Brumps scored 35 and 32 in the Elite Eight; and I Kill Shi followed a 20-point semifinal opener with 42 in Game 2. Hunt competed, generated steals and ultimately won, but several opposing PGs still produced at star level.
Why not higher: A champion’s résumé cannot erase repeated high-end matchup losses when individual defense is 40%.
Why not lower: The Finals defense on TBuc, efficient secondary scoring, heavy availability and championship impact create more total value than the remaining field.
