xoSmooth makes one of the biggest jumps after an outstanding playoff run. Following an inconsistent regular season, he elevated his play when it mattered most, helping GTG upset the No. 5 seed and reach the Final Four. GTG put together one of the best defensive stretches of the postseason, holding opponents to 62, 59, 56, and 64 points over the first two rounds while winning every rebounding battle. Offensively, xoSmooth was exceptional, averaging 13.0 points on an incredible 83% from the field and 74% from three, highlighted by a dominant 22-point performance on 8/9 shooting and 6/6 from three.

No backend outside the top five improved his stock more in the playoffs. xoSmooth paired elite efficiency with timely scoring and helped lead one of the postseason's biggest surprise runs. His postseason performance elevated his résumé enough to move ahead of several players who had stronger regular seasons but couldn't match his playoff impact.
Why Not Higher
The players ahead of him built stronger complete-season résumés. While xoSmooth's playoff run was outstanding, his regular season was less consistent, and the Final Four losses exposed some limitations against an elite 5-out offense, where GTG struggled to control the glass and contain the eventual finalists.
Why Not Lower
Draino and the players behind him had solid seasons, but none matched xoSmooth's postseason impact. His combination of elite playoff efficiency, deep playoff run, and key role in GTG's defensive success made him the clear choice for the No. 6 backend.
